A series of music videos directed for La Paloma, including Bravo Murillo, Quejas Célebres and Algo Ha Cambiado, each conceived as a formal experiment. One piece was shot frame by frame and constructed in reverse, using the technique as a narrative device. Another was filmed entirely in the Bravo Murillo neighborhood, drawing inspiration from the diary-like, observational cinema of Jonas Mekas. The third follows a character fleeing from himself, trapped in a paranoid state where he believes he is being pursued, with a raw, kinetic approach influenced by the filmmaking of the Safdie brothers.
Across the three videos, the direction prioritises immediacy, physical presence and process, using form as a way to articulate emotional states rather than illustrate lyrics.
